As the CEO of Health Partnership Clinic, Amy Falk oversees the mission of providing accessible, affordable, and quality health care to area children and adults at four locations in Johnson, Miami and Franklin counties in Kansas. She is directly employed by the health center and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the health center. Senior Leadership Team members report to Amy and are responsible for their respective departments and employees.

Since joining the federally qualified health center in March 2016, Ms. Falk has continued efforts to integrate medical, dental and behavioral health as well as expand new services including a School-Based Clinic model at Merriam Park Elementary School in Merriam Park, Kan. and later moved the clinic to Shawnee Mission West High School in Overland Park, Kan., and a Pediatric Walk-In Clinic at the Olathe site. She has a proven management track record and more than 15 years of experience in safety net health services.

Prior to joining Health Partnership, Ms. Falk served as executive director of Caritas Clinics, Inc. (Duchesne and Saint Vincent Clinics) which were affiliates of the SCL Health System. In addition, Ms. Falk brings a wealth of experience in primary care management, fund development, and building collaborative relationships with community organizations. Her experience also includes leadership development, Continuous Quality Improvement process, clinic model development including care teams and care coordination, and Electronic Medical Records implementation. She received her undergraduate degree at Washburn University in Topeka, Kan.

Ms. Falk currently serves as a member of the Kansas City Medical Society Foundation board and is the past treasurer. In addition, she is a member of the Johnson County Public Health Leadership Council and member and board member the United Community Services KS – SOS Johnson County Continuum of Care for the Homeless. She is the past chair of the Board for the Community Care Network of Kansas, the state primary care association where she is still an active member of the legislative committee.
