Brenda McLaughlin
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Brenda McLaughlin has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since February 2016. At Health Partnership Clinic, she is responsible for all financial operations including financial accounting, revenue cycle, patient services and grants management. Since joining Health Partnership, she has led the organization through a successful and sustainable financial recovery plan, developed a comprehensive budget process which requires collaboration of all leadership, revised policies to improve financial and operational processes and controls and implemented a new financial accounting system.
Ms. McLaughlin previously worked as the CFO of Tri-D Innovations, Inc., an international manufacturing sourcing firm. She brings 25 years of accounting and finance experience within fast-growing private and public companies and has extensive experience building accounting departments that effectively support operations, business planning and development. She received undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance from Park University in Parkville, Mo.
She currently serves on the Finance Committee of Community Care Network of Kansas, the state primary care association. Ms. McLaughlin has emerged as mentor and leader within the state and often presents financial and grants management topics at primary care CFO cohort meetings and annual conferences. As a board member of the Central Avenue Center of Hope, Ms. McLaughlin has worked to provide suburban youth with opportunities to serve homeless and underprivileged families.
