Hannah Carlisle, BSN, RN
Interim Clinic Director/Risk Compliance Officer
Hannah Carlisle, BSN, RN, serves as Health Partnership Clinic’s Interim Clinic Director/Risk Compliance Officer following a successful initial year as the clinic’s Vaccine Outreach Nurse and Clinic Manager.
There, as both a vaccine educator and advocate, she increased the community’s vaccine adherence by partnering with organizations like El Centro Inc., which primarily serves the Hispanic community in Wyandotte and Johnson counties.
As Interim Clinic Director/Risk Compliance Officer, Hannah’s focus will shift from external to internal as she collaborates with staff as peers on workflows and processes, getting them the tools they need to feel confident about their work. Her goal is to help promote a team environment so that patients receive the high-quality care they deserve.
Before joining HPC, Hannah had 19 years’ experience working as a registered nurse in hospital, clinic and patient-home environments. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Evansville, Evansville, Ind. Hannah is trained in Basic Life Support, and has extensive clinical knowledge including patient assessments, EMR, patient education, service recovery and staff management.
Though her Health Partnership role has changed, she remains an advocate for patients seeking or receiving preventative care and disease management services, helping them to overcome barriers along the way.
From Duluth, Minn. and residing in Gardner, Kan. for 18 years, Hannah, her husband, college-aged son and high school-aged daughter often enjoy the outdoors, especially camping and kayaking.
