Almost 60 percent of children and adults served by Health Partnership Clinic are uninsured.  Most of our patients are low income, working two or three jobs to make ends meet. Last year, we served 300 individuals experiencing homelessness, and nearly 76 percent of our patients have one or more chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart failure or stroke. You Can Make A Difference!

Below are two ways you can help our patients:

  1. Purchase items for Cold/Flu or Homeless Hygiene Kits. Click here for a list of travel-size items for the kits. Kits are distributed at the clinic locations (Olathe, Shawnee Mission, Overland Park, Paola and Ottawa) as well as through our Mobile Integrated Health Team in Olathe. Volunteers are also needed to assemble kits! Interested? Please call Catherine Rice, VP of Marketing and Outreach, at 913-730-3680, or by email at crice@hpcks.org.
  2. Donate Dollars. Your dollars will help our uninsured patients receive the care they need, ensuring our whole community is healthy and well.

Our greatest needs:

$50 – Provide a group therapy session for one individual overcoming substance use.
$100 – Provide a rapid RSV, strep or flu test for two children.
$250 – Cover an emergency dental visit for one adult.
$500 – Cover school-based dental screenings for ten children.
$1,000 – Cover five sick child walk-in visits.

Any size gift will be greatly appreciated!

To make a donation, please donate through Garmin’s United Way of Greater KC pledge site.

Who we are!

Health Partnership of Johnson County opened in 1992 as a “free” primary care clinic providing limited adult acute and chronic disease care with volunteer providers and staff.

Over the last 30 years, the clinic, now known as Health Partnership Clinic, has continued to grow to meet the changing needs of Johnson County and the surrounding area.

We provide affordable, quality and accessible medical, dental and behavioral health care to children and adults in Johnson, Miami and Franklin Counties.

We also serve people experiencing homeless-ness and offer dental outreach services to area schools.

Improving Health.
