Health Partnership Clinic is a federally funded community health center dedicated to expanding access to comprehensive healthcare services and improving health outcomes throughout our region.

FTCAFTCA Deemed Facility

Health Partnership Clinic is a FTCA deemed facility, a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center receives funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
