Chief Dental Officer
Dayna Brinckman, DDS, has served as the Chief Dental Officer at Health Partnership Clinic since October of 2016 while continuing to provide comprehensive dental services in the clinical setting as well as numerous Outreach sites. She also serves as a UMKC School of Dentistry adjunct faculty member since 2015.
Through her leadership, Health Partnership has realized tremendous strides in quality and safety, dental integration in primary care and streamlined dental outreach, increasing patient access, convenience and quality of care delivered.
In March of 2015, she joined HPC as an outreach dentist, bringing nearly 24 years of experience in private practice and providing dental outreach services in schools predominately serving low-income, underserved students. This wealth of experience has improved access to care and services to more than 15,000 patients.
Dr. Brinckman is licensed by the Kansas Dental Board. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1993. After graduation she practiced in a private dental office until leaving to become one of the first outreach school-based dentist in the Kansas City area providing comprehensive dental care to the underserved population. Dr. Brinckman is a 2017 graduate from the Community Health Center Executive Fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.
In addition, she is a member of the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, Missouri Dental Board, The Journal of the American Dental Association, National Network for Oral Health Access and the Kansas Association for the Medically Underserved.
