Health Partnership Clinic’s Behavioral Health staff provide brief, individual therapy onsite at Olathe North and Olathe East High Schools.

We address the following emotional and behavioral concerns:

  • ADHD
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Suicidal ideation
  • Self-Harm
  • Grief/loss
  • Substance abuse
  • PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

To receive services, families must complete new patient registration forms on an annual basis and return it to the school with a copy of your insurance card, identification or driver’s license and proof of address.

Those with or without insurance experiencing financial challenges may qualify for our sliding fee discount program.

To apply for our sliding fee program, complete the appropriate Financial Aid Application below and include proof of income. For assistance in completing the application, call Diana Zamora, Financial Aid Coordinator, at 913-276-7094.
