Bruce Baker is a licensed commercial real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri. He began his commercial real estate career in December 1983 at Leo Eisenberg & Company and since September 1992 has been the owner of Baker Realty Advisors. Baker Realty Advisors is a client-based commercial real estate firm providing brokerage, management and consulting services to individuals and businesses including specializing in medical office use. Medical clients have included Shawnee Mission Medical Center (now AdventHealth Shawnee Mission), St. Lukes, Menorah Medical Center and individual medical practices.
Mr. Baker was awarded the CCIM Institute’s CCIM designation in January 1987. CCIM Designees are proven leaders in commercial real estate who care as much about the expertise, ethical responsibility and quality of their service, as they do about the result. Individuals earn the CCIM Designation by completing a rigorous program including an elite curriculum, demonstrating a depth of proven experience and exemplifying a commitment to ethics and deal-making. He has served on the CCIM Institute’s Board of Directors, Site to Do Business Board, Executive Committee and chaired or served on various committees and task forces. He also served as president of the KCCCIM Chapter and Vice President of the chapters in Region V.
Mr. Baker has been active in real estate boards in both Kansas and Missouri over his career and is presently a member of the Kansas Association of Realtors and Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. He has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Drake University.
Mr. Baker serves as Vice Chairperson of the Health Partnership Clinic Board of Directors.
