Health Partnership Clinic’s annual Opening Doors Benefit is going live and virtual this year on Sept. 3, 2020 at Noon via Zoom.
National Health Center Week is a great time to spread the word about our health center and the good work we’re doing for the communities we serve.
To date, more than 50 individuals, businesses and organizations have donated to the health center. It ‘s been overwhelming to see the outreach and support!
As COVID-19 continues to affect us all, more than 35 individuals, businesses and organizations have donated money and supplies to HPC.
Since opening our diabetes program, more than half of the patients’ A1Cs have fallen below nine percent, with an average decrease of 1.7 percent.
